Repair Condomenium near Chiang Mai university

last mount I received job to repair condominium near Chiang Mai university, my customer he buy his condominium from his friend but he don't like old style.
he want to change floor from tile to  parquet . he want to rebuild his balcony and stair . 

old floor was removed from ground  to set a new parquet.

I'm checking for a structure of  balcony . we're care for base structure.
